The fertile backdrop that is New Orleans inspired the firm of Meyer Davis Studio as they designed Le Méridien for the Crescent City, transforming what was a tired tower into a chic new player. Decor is both assertively local and an expression of Le Méridien’s brand, infused with mid-century Parisian influences.
Custom vinyl wall covering in the lounge derives from a vintage geological map of the Mississippi River. Shelving is open to keep sight-lines clear, while solid furniture with a 50’s French vibe is tailored but still sink-in-able.
