Capital 8, in the 8th arrondissement in Paris, began life as the national electric company’s headquarters, but was converted into a private office complex. The building was put up pre-coworking and pre-hoteling, so it required serious updating.
The lobby's primary reception desk combines ceramic and steel. The color green, seen at rear, is used throughout, connecting the space with the nearby Parc Monceau, whose gilded iron gates are echoed by the golden rugs and flat-top pouf seats.
